 Noted events in his life were:
1. Census: Fifteenth Census of the United States Population Schedule: Georgia, Cherokee, Bells, District 3. Hiram T. Mooneyham (age 57) appears in the 1930 Federal Census as head of household. His occupation is listed as farmer. With him are his wife Mary (age 53) and son Donald (age 22), daugther Ercle (age 17) and son Haston, age (15). Hiram states he was born in Arkansas, his father was born in Tennessee and his mother was born in Georgia. Mary states that she and her parents were born in Alabama. Donald and Ercle were born in Mississippi and Haston was born in Florida. Donald, Ercle and Haston list their occupations as farm laborers.
2. miscellaneous notes. According to family oral history, Hiram Mooneyham, parents and grandparents were Cherokee who were "sent" to Oklahoma Indian Territory by the govt. He left Oklahoma, married Mary Higginbotham, went to Miss., and then onto N. Georgia.
Hiram married Mary HIGGINBOTHAM in 1898. (Mary HIGGINBOTHAM was born in May 1876 in Alabama.)
