A Zephania Johns is listed in the Wilkinson Co, Georgia marriage records as having married a Martha Lindsey on 7 Nov 1833. I know this is not a second marriage for Zephaniah as in 1850 he and Lydia were both still living and together in Wilkinson County.
Is this possibly another child of this marriage; possibly Zephania(h) John(s) 3rd. Is it also possible that Martha Lindsey is a relative (sister) of Rutha, wife of James C., son of this marriage? Dates, place, and names all fit! If this is true, I wonder why no mention of this brother in the Samuel Nunn estate settlement documents. More probably this Zephania is a cousin to the children of this marriage, although I have no data on siblings of Zephaniah, Jr..
